A message from Congressman Russ CarnahanDear Friend: Reforming our nation’s health care system to lower costs, improve quality, increase coverage, and preserve patients choice of plan and doctors is a top priority of Congress and President Obama. Yesterday, House leadership introduced America ’s Affordable Health Choices Act of 2009 which addresses the looming concerns with our current health care system. The House has set an aggressive health care agenda with hearings beginning this week.
