New Mega Tax Petitions Would Cut General Revenue by One-Third

Two new mega tax petitions filed with the Secretary of State propose a constitutional amendment to eliminate personal income taxes and replace them with a greatly expanded sales tax that applies to most goods and some services, even those currently exempt.
